1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and asiabet ("asiabet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the asiabet website located at asiabet.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the asiabet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of asiabet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with asiabet or any other gaming operator.

asiabet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by asiabet may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the asiabet Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your registered Philippine mobile number, which is used for two-factor authentication and OTP delivery.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your asiabet login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying asiabet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

asiabet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from asiabet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

asiabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

All transactions on the asiabet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. asiabet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

asiabet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

asiabet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.

The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of your account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, including low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

asiabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player will be honoured subject to its stated terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the asiabet Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or asiabet staff members.

asiabet reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent closure of the offending account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the asiabet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of asiabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of asiabet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, asiabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

asiabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your asiabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude asiabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While asiabet takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

asiabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your asiabet account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the asiabet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

asi abet processes your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. 11. Amendments to These Terms

asiabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and asiabet, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent asiabet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
