• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years after closure, or longer if required by a regulatory investigation.
• Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, after which it will be deleted or anonymised within thirty (30) days.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud prevention purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

When personal data is no longer required, asiabet will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with industry-standard data destruction practices.

asiabet implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

11. Children and Minors

The asiabet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered on the asiabet Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

asiabet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
